Directions:

On Route 116 in Sunderland approximately 100 yards East of  the center of town.

From South:
Route 91 Northbound to Exit 24 South Deerfield. Turn right off the exit then right onto Rt. 116 at lights. Drive approximately 2 miles to center of Sunderland. The clinic is on the left 2/10ths of a mile after the lights.

From Greenfield Area, North:
Route 91 South to exit 24  South Deerfield. Turn left off the exit then turn right onto Rt. 116 at lights. Drive approximately 2 miles to center of Sunderland. The clinic is on the left  2/10^th of a mile after the lights.

From Route 9 & points East:
The clinic is approximately 8.5 miles west from Rt. 9 on route 116.
