New Refill Policy


In order to serve all of our clients better, we must enforce a 48 hour submission requirement for all prescription and food requests. This is for ALL requests being filled at the hospital or other outside pharmacies including mail order requests. Increasing demand has made it increasingly difficult for us to confirm medication appropriateness, dosages and available stock. We do not want a rushed prescription to result in an error for your pet.

You may send requests for prescriptions through our app, email or call. We appreciate your cooperation so that we can improve service and keep all of our clients and staff happy and relaxed.

Again, we will not be able to fill prescriptions and food that has been requested less than 48 hours prior.
